Dear Barney:
Since 1974, we have specified and utilized LEMANCO bins and accessories in over 30 of our feed mill projects overseas in such areas as Latin America, the Middle East and S.E. Asia (including various installations in China) and have found them to be not only our preference but also that of our overseas customers.
Trouble-free installation is especially essential in offshore projects and in the case of LEMANCO bins, can significantly reduce the cost and time required for bin erection and this, in turn, is reflected in our customer satisfaction with our selection of LEMANCO products.
With this proven track record, we will continue to only specify LEMANCO bins because of their high quality, durability, ease of installation and the excellent service provided by LEMANCO`s technical staff.
LEMANCO bins have certainly contributed to our success in international feed milling projects.
Sincerely,
AGRI-SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Dear Barney & Paul:
We are almost complete with the construction of our new feed mill and look forward to your return visit after we are in operation.
As you know we considered several of the bin manufacturers, but are very pleased that we chose the Lemanco bins. MSSI`s staff has been very supportive of our requirements during our design and construction process, assisting with facility and equipment layout, supplying list of contractors and equipment manufacturers and timely shipments to meet our construction schedule. We are very pleased with the suppliers we chose.
The service you provided and attention to our needs has been greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend your products and service.

RE: CONAGRA FEEDMILL - CHATTANOOGA, TN 600 TON FINISHED FEED STORAGE ADDITION
I would like to express my satisfaction with the product we purchased from your company for the finished feed storage addition project we are just completing at the ConAgra feedmill in Chattanooga, TN. The system consists of Ten (10) 10 ft. square bin for a total storage capacity of 600 tons of finished poultry feed storage. The bins are bearing on a structure that will allow direct discharge of the bins into a traveling weigh lorry that fills the feed trucks.
The structure and bins went together very well. The erector was please with the consistent alignment of the bolt holes that ensured a trouble free installation and good looking final product.
We are looking forward to commissioning the system next week.
Your cooperation throughout the construction process has been greatly appreciated.
Yours truly,
Kevin Sheehy

Mr. Leach,
I would like to tell you how pleased we are with the performance, looks, and design of the recent bins that we purchased from your company. The bins went together well with no extra work by the millwrights to install. The job went great from the ordering through the delivery through the set up and all under the time lines that we set. Your manufacturing facility delivered the bins ahead of schedule (which was a rush) and allowed us to complete the project as noted above. Your office staff, manufacturing staff, and your engineering group was very helpful through the entire process of design through implementation. We currently have 5 different sets of Lemanco bins at our facility ranging in age from new to old (15 years or older) and have minimal problems with them. Lemanco will be my bin of choice in the future and will look forward to dealing with you on another project.
Sincerely,

Kevin Riley Feedmill Manager ConAgra Poultry Company 979 Morena Street Gainesville, Georgia 30501

Dear Barney:
As we are about to put the finishing touches on our second major expansion project in two years, I would like to thank you and your team for all your help with both projects.
Your expertise in helping us design the addition of both sets of storage bins was a great help to me. The appearance of the large bin structure is very impressive, not to mention the workmanship. Being one of the largest catfish feed manufacturers in the south, storage is an absolute must for us. And to have so much storage that is virtually maintenance free is a great asset for our production staff.
During the construction process, we had very few problems with scheduling or quality. I would like to compliment you on your prompt attention to these problems and the excellent way you and your team corrected them.
I hope our business will continue to grow and that we have the need for additional bin storage. When this happens, you can rest assured that we will use only Material Storage Systems, Inc. for our supplier.
Sincerely,

Barney,
I wanted to take a minute to tell you how much we appreciate the quality product and service we received from you and your staff on our recent expansion. I have used Lemanco bins and tanks in the past, and have always been pleased with the quality.
Though quality has always been a given with Lemanco products, I see more improvements with this set of bins purchased through MSSI. I would not hesitate to use Lemanco products in the future, or recommend them to anyone looking to purchase bins or tanks.
Again, thanks for the quality and service.
Sincerely,

Dear Barney,
The bin cluster purchased from you and installed in 1997 at our Rockford Tennessee Feed Mill has made a very nice and much needed addition to that mill. Paul Allen and all your people did a real nice job on this project. All deliveries were timely and more important all the parts were well made and they all fit, these are what it takes to make a project go well and turn out successful.
Thanks for your contributions in making this a very successful project.

Mr. Barney Leach President Material Storage Systems, Inc. P. O. Box 1010 Gadsden, AL 39502
Dear Barney,
I wanted to take a minute to express our feeling and relate our experiences in dealing with your company over the past several years. As you are aware we recently completed our second major expansion at our facility with the second encompassing the new extrusion plant, post grinding system and finished product storage.
Even though you have been our vendor of choice for the past 10 years, being a small very cost conscious company, we instructed our engineers to submit our requirements and request bids from the three top bin suppliers in the US. Although MSSI `s bid was not the lowest bid the difference in price was so small we did not hesitate to award the bid to your company. After over 100 years in business we have learned the hard way there is a lot more VALUE in things like service before and after the sale, product quality and workmanship than can be evaluated from the price alone.
As in the past dealing with your company and staff has been a pleasure. We recognize at times we can be demanding and difficult to deal with. But we do in the end appreciate being told the truth and not have promises made that will not be keep. Your staff did not agree to all of the things we ask for but when they did make a commitment to a delivery or a specification it happened. The same cannot be said for some of the other vendors we dealt with during the project.
The relationship we have shared over the past 25 years has been a truly beneficial one from our perspective. Thank you for providing a quality product at a fair price and coupling this product with first class service.
Sincerely,
Robert Burris Director of Operations

Dear Barney:
We have just completed our second major expansion using your bins. The Lemanco batching bins we installed in 1969 have now been replaced with your new style bins and are working well. The modifications you suggested by recessing the hoppers allowed us to install screw feeders so we could automate the feed mill.
We are very pleased with your products and service your people provided. You really showed an interest in helping us by providing names of contractors and giving us ideas in the mill design.
Please come by and visit our new addition when you are in town.
Sincerely, Whitey Hunt Whitey Hunt Owner

Dear Barney:
In concert with Allen Industrial Contractors, we recently put into service another Lemanco bin group. The project went well, and most importantly it was a safe project. With the addition of your eight finished feed bins, our drivers no longer are atop trucks to load feed, and this enhances our safety posture as well as our efficiency.
We now have three different sets of Lemanco bins at the Enterprise Mill. The first set was erected in 1978, I am told, and is still used every day for ingredient storage. The second set was installed in 1996. Those eight 50-ton bins are for finished feed, as are the eight put into service in December 2002.
We are satisfied with the quality and durability of Lemanco bins, as evidenced by the fact that we are repeat customers. The bins are designed so that material flows readily except on very rare occasions.
I have found you and your associates to be patient, helpful and persistent in our dealings concerning Lemanco bins. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Rod
