Lemanco Galvanized Bin System
 Lemanco standard bin modules are 6` x 6`; 7` x 7`; 8` x 8`; 8` x 10`; and 10` x 10` sizes, extending to 70` of sidewall. Optional modules are available to fit specific applications.
Standard Lemanco bins are designed to hold dry bulk material with densities of up to 150 pounds per cubic foot. Maximum storage capacity in a single compartment is 8,042 cubic feet, with a capacity of 160 tons. Each bin system design is based on capacity requirements and product density to ensure both quality and value in storage, while enhancing product flow and minimizing bridging. Lemanco bins are also designed to absorb shock loads.
All bin compartments are completely isolated and designed to store products with particle size of over 400 Microns, eliminating the possibility of cross contamination between compartments while preventing product contamination from outside elements. Inter- compartment venting is optional.

MSSI now offers a sealed double panel smooth wall bin designed for either bolted or welded assembly. This new bin provides an option to the common wall design, when certain applications require this type of construction. The bin panels can be insulated for cold weather applications and vertical chamfers are provided in all corners to facilitate product flow.
The smooth wall bin design offers the same design criteria as the Lemanco Modular Common Wall Bin Systems have for over 40 years. Both bin systems are pre-designed for standard compartment widths and lengths ranging from 3.5 ft. to 10 ft. sections. All standard bin systems offer a one-piece hopper with internal corner chamfers for improved product flow and clean out and are supplied with hopper flashing and weather seal for structural enclosures.The bin systems are designed for specific material densities and can be designed to accept a head house

Special Fasteners

if required. The bolted smooth wall bins are shipped with standard Grade 5 zinc plated fasteners and sealant. MSSI can design other size compartments and offer special fasteners to accommodate every customer`s requirement.
The pre-fabricated smooth wall panels are shipped in large sub-assemblies and have detailed assembly drawings to reduce on site erection time and cost.
