Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet Service Agreement

These rules are designed to protect Internet Solutions of AL, LLC, its employees and its customers, as well as to make your use of Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service a positive and secure experience.

As such, before using Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. By accepting this agreement, and using Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions stated in this document, as well as other policy documents, at any time by publishing the changes on the Internet Solutions of AL, LLC Internet service.

2. Rights of access conveyed by this agreement are non-transferable. Use of the Internet account with Internet Solutions of AL, LLC is expressly limited to the individual or dependents whose name appears on the application; or for business or group accounts, the valid employees of the business that appears on the application.

3. If User is under the age of 18 years, this agreement must be affirmed by the User's parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the activities of the User and any consequences thereof.

4. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC will not be responsible for any damage you suffer from use of its service including, but not limited to loss of data, delays, misdeliveries or service interruptions caused by Internet Solutions of AL, LLC services or by the customer's errors or omissions.

5. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US or state regulation is prohibited. This includes by is not limited to copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material or material protected by trade secret.

6.The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Internet Solutions of AL, LLC from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of the User's use of Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service, the information contained thereon, or the User's breach of this agreement.

7. Use of any information, programs or data obtained from or via Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service is at your own risk. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

8. Any form of harassment, or any malicious intent to cause harm to Internet Solutions of AL, LLC, to Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's network or to any other network or user reachable through Internet Solutions of AL, LLC is cause for immediate account termination at Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's sole discretion without a refund for any remaining services.

9. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC dial-up service may only be used on one computer on an interactive basis. The customer must be actively using the service when maintaining a connection. The use of any means (frequent email checks, bots or pings) to artificially maintain an unattended connection is against Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Service Agreement. A customer may NOT operate any type of server from their dial-up connection. In addition, any intentional abuse of idle time-outs in order to perpetuate an otherwise idle connection is grounds for account termination.

10. The use of Internet Solutions of AL, LLC services for any form of unsolicited bulk emailing will result in immediate termination of the customers account and is strictly prohibited. In addition, Internet Solutions of Alabama, LLC may impose a service fee of up to five US dollars per recipient complaint and/or e-mail distributed, whichever is greater. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

11. Internet Solutions of AL, LLC and its staff reserve the right to deny access or terminate access to any customer for any reason, at Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's sole discretion. Accounts terminated for violating any of the above rules will not be prorated or refunded in any way.

12. Use of Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
