I can't login! It keeps telling me to re-enter my User ID and password.

1. Typograhical errors are the most common occurrence, especially with passwords. Make absolutely sure that you have entered your password correctly. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Your log in ID and password must not have ANY capital letters. Make sure you check that CAPs lock light on your keyboard!

2. Your user ID does NOT include @internetpro.net. That is only included as your email address.

3. Remember that it is against Internet Solutions of AL, policy for you to share your User ID and password with ANYBODY! If you do, and they are logged on, you will not be allowed in. Security of your account is a prime concern with us. If you share information about your account, we cannot be responsible for the consequences that might result.
